Account audit

For accounts that already exist. A one-off review on a fixed fee, whether you run the account yourself, inherited it, or pay someone else to.

You get the audit document within a week or so. Every finding is ranked by what it's likely to be worth, and says what to change. Then we go through it together on a call. Implement it with me, with your existing provider, or in-house. The document is yours either way, and there's no obligation to buy anything else.

The audit doesn't repair your tracking.

  • Built from scratch, tracking is controlled work: I set the structure, so it's included in a new account build
  • Repairing what somebody else configured is forensic. Undocumented tags, duplicate conversions, changes nobody wrote down
  • That sits in the conversion tracking add-on, and the audit will tell you whether you need it
AreaWhat gets checked
TrackingWhether the numbers can be trusted at all. Obvious faults are flagged: duplicate tags, soft actions counted as primary, missing enhanced conversions.
Wasted spendSearch terms, placements and audiences with no conversion history. Landing pages and ads that take the click and lose the customer. Keywords priced beyond what the sale is worth. Quantified in pounds per month.
CoverageThe other side of the same coin. Search terms already converting that were never added as keywords, and demand in your market the account doesn't bid on at all.
StructureCampaign organisation, match type strategy, budget fragmentation, cannibalisation.
BiddingWhether the strategy suits your conversion volume, and whether targets generate profit or just volume.
AdsAsset coverage, extension usage, message match against landing pages.
CompetitionAuction insights, impression share lost to budget vs. rank, realistic headroom.

Account setup & campaign creation

For businesses that haven't advertised before, or that want to start again in a clean account.

  • Account and billing created in your name, with you as the owner from day one
  • Keyword and demand research: what people actually type, how much of it there is, and what a click costs
  • Campaign structure built around how you sell, not a template
  • Conversion tracking implemented and tested before a penny is spent
  • Ad copy and assets written for every campaign. Not before I understand what you sell, how you're positioned, and why someone would pick you over the result above you
  • Extensive negative keyword lists in place from the start, preventing wasted spend rather than clearing it up later
  • Budgets and bidding set for the learning period, so you know what to expect and when
  • A walkthrough of your finished account, so you can understand your new asset

Then, ongoing

Paid search management & optimisation

A flat monthly fee. Your spend can go up or down; my fee doesn't move either way.

  • Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and ChatGPT Ads, alone or in any combination, with one budget planned across whichever you run
  • Weekly search-term review: converting terms promoted to keywords, wasteful ones added to negatives
  • Location targeting and ad scheduling: where your customers actually are, and the hours they actually convert
  • Audience and remarketing lists, including customer match where you have the data
  • Ad copy and asset testing
  • Bid strategy selection and target adjustment
  • Budget allocation across campaigns and platforms
  • Merchant Center and feed work for retailers: titles, attributes, custom labels
  • Landing page insights and recommendations. I'll flag what's not working, and suggest actions to increase your conversion rate
  • A monthly report covering what changed, what it cost and what happens next, plus a call to talk it through, and my email address in between

Add on when you need it

Conversion tracking audit & setup

The most common reason an account underperforms isn't bidding or copy — it's that the data feeding the algorithm is wrong.

  • GA4 and Google Ads conversion configuration
  • Google Tag Manager implementation and debugging
  • Enhanced conversions for web and for leads
  • Offline conversion import: qualified leads and closed revenue fed back into bidding
  • Call tracking: phone enquiries counted as conversions, the same as form fills

Where the ads run

Three ad platforms to get familiar with. How the budget is split depends on your current setup, what you sell, and how competitive your market is. We'll cover it on the free intro call.

  • Google Ads

Search, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max and Demand Gen, all from one account. The most demand, the most competition, and prices to match.

    Reach
More than nine in ten UK searches, billions every month
    Best for
The starting point for almost every business
  • Microsoft Ads

Bing and Copilot, plus partners like DuckDuckGo. Far less volume than Google, but clicks often run about a third cheaper and the audience skews older, desktop and office-based.

    Reach
About 6% of UK searches and 28m desktop searchers a month
    Best for
    B2B, with LinkedIn profile targeting
  • ChatGPT Ads

Ads appear inside ChatGPT's answers, shown only to free-tier users. Live in the UK since June 2026, so nobody has a reliable benchmark yet.

    Reach
16m+ UK users a month, and ads are just rolling out
    Best for
Testing early, on a small budget

Pricing

Quoted after the intro call and sized to the business: a single-location account with one campaign is a different job from a multi-market build, and the fee reflects the work involved. Never a percentage of your ad spend, and you keep your account whatever happens.

One-off

Audits and setup

A fixed fee agreed before any work starts. No hourly billing, no scope creep.

Monthly

Management

A flat retainer, month to month. It doesn't move when your budget moves, and there's no minimum term.

As needed

Add-ons

Quoted separately, so you're not paying a retainer for work that only happens once.

I worked closely with Harry on two separate occasions, and each time he has been exceptional - very knowledgeable and experienced in what he does.

What I really appreciated about Harry is that he never pushed a particular narrative just to make a sale. He genuinely cared about helping us save as much money as possible while still getting the best results.

    I would highly recommend him.
